Why one campus day cannot cover a whole class

The test pauses when a student leaves fullscreen

The test runs in fullscreen. Paste is blocked in the editor, and each try is logged. If a student opens another tab or an AI add-on, the time and the name go into the log.

A short AI interview hears how each student explains their work

After the test, students take an AI interview in the browser. It asks about a project on their resume and how they would explain it to a teammate. Each answer is scored out of 10, with the line from the interview that earned it.

Questions about campus hiring with Goodfit

Can a college career center follow its own students?

Yes. Give the career center a recruitment vendor login. They can add students to your open roles and see where each one is in the process. They never see students from other colleges.

Do all students get the same questions?

No. Each topic has a pool, and every student gets a random draw from it. The number of problems and their difficulty stay the same, so results are fair to compare.

How is the coding test scored?

A problem counts as solved when it passes every hidden test case. The report shows how many problems each student solved, every run they made and the code they submitted.

Can students take the coding test on a phone?

The coding test needs a laptop or desktop, because the editor needs a full-size screen. Students can take it from home or from a college computer lab.
