Goodfit

Most practice happens on real customers

New hires learn hard conversations on the job. A lost sale or an angry customer is how they find out what went wrong.

Managers rarely have time to roleplay

Playing the customer for every new hire takes hours that managers do not have.

Classroom training fades

People remember the slides, then freeze when a customer pushes back.

Nobody sees who is struggling

Problems show up weeks later, in lost sales and complaints.

Goodfit plays the customer and your team practices out loud

Each person joins a video call with an AI customer. A short brief explains who they are speaking to. The customer speaks first and reacts to what they hear. Nobody has to book a manager’s time.

  • The call runs in the browser, with nothing to install
  • A brief sets the scene before the call starts
  • The customer interrupts, pushes back and asks questions
  • Calls end at 8 minutes, with a reminder at 6:30

You write the scenario and describe the customer

Describe the situation, the customer and what they care about. Add facts the customer shares only when asked. Goodfit turns it into a customer who behaves the same way for everyone.

  • A name, age, job and mood for the customer
  • Two to five facts shared only when asked
  • Two to four worries raised one at a time
  • The skills each call is scored on

Start from 63 ready scenarios across 13 types of jobs

You can also pick a ready scenario for your team. There are scenarios for support, sales, customer success, healthcare front desks, insurance, travel and real estate.

  • Each scenario comes with a customer, worries and hidden facts
  • You can edit any scenario to fit your products
  • Each one has an easy, standard and hard version

The customer shares some facts only when your team asks the right questions

A real customer does not say everything at once. Goodfit’s customer works the same way. Some facts come out only when asked. Worries come up one at a time, so your team has to listen.

  • Good questions get useful answers
  • Each worry needs handling before the next one comes up
  • The report shows which facts the person found and which they missed

Every skill gets a score out of 10 with the moment it came from

After the call, Goodfit scores each skill on your rubric. Each score has a short reason and a quote from the call. Click the quote to hear that moment.

  • Four to five skills scored on every call
  • How the call ended, such as Customer satisfied
  • Flags for going off topic or not knowing what to do
  • The recording and transcript stay with the result

See each person’s scores change over weeks of practice

Every practice call adds to a person’s record. You see each skill week by week. It is clear when coaching works and when it needs another try.

  • Scores by skill for every call
  • A week-by-week view for each person
  • Practice again as often as you like

A team view shows who needs time with a manager

Managers see the whole team on one list. People who are stuck on a skill are easy to spot. Managers spend coaching time where it helps most.

  • Each person’s latest score and trend
  • The weakest skill for each person
  • Filter by team, location or scenario

Use the same roleplay to hire people who can handle the call

Add a roleplay to a hiring stage. Candidates take the same call your team practices. You see how they handle a real situation before you hire them.

  • Add a roleplay as a step in any job
  • Every candidate meets the same customer
  • Scores sit next to the interview on the candidate page

Every call ends with an outcome

The outcome shows how the conversation ended. The skill scores show how the person got there. Your managers decide what to coach.

Customer satisfied

The customer’s problem was solved and they ended the call happy.

Customer bought

The person handled the worries and closed the sale.

Customer walked away

The customer left unhappy before the problem was solved.

Ran out of time

The call reached 8 minutes before it ended.

Your team practices without an audience

Each person practices alone, at a time that suits them. Nobody watches live. They can try again until they feel ready, and their manager sees the scores afterwards.

Your practice call starts in 10 seconds. The customer will speak first.
Tip: ask a question before you offer a fix.
Call saved. Your scores are ready.

Loved by HR teams

Here is what HR teams say about Goodfit, and the results they saw.

“Last year our engineering manager took 60 interviews for hiring 10 interns. When he had an applicant pool of the same amount of interns this time, he only had to take 30 interviews because Goodfit clearly showed us the best candidates to advance to future rounds.”
