We would rather ship one working feature this week than write three decks this month. We measure progress by what customers can use today.

Setup should take minutes

Every feature starts with the setup that works for most teams. You can change it when you need to, and you should never need a consultant to get started.

Take security seriously

Interview recordings and HR answers are some of the most private data a company holds. Goodfit is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and data is encrypted when stored and when sent.
