What is the practical upper limit per drive?
There is no hard cap on candidates per drive. We have customers running single drives in the tens of thousands. Wave scheduling and adaptive throttling keep the experience consistent for both candidates and recruiters at that scale.
How does resume ingestion handle bad data?
Each extraction comes with a confidence score per field. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for one-click review before any invite is sent. Duplicates - same email, phone, or candidate identity - are auto-merged with a record of which source landed first.
Will bulk invites get my email or SMS provider rate-limited?
Goodfit talks to the underlying providers (WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice) at the rates they permit. Wave scheduling and adaptive throttling exist precisely so a 10,000-invite drive does not blow past those limits. Enterprise plans include dedicated throughput pools.
Can I roll back a bulk action that was a mistake?
Bulk pipeline actions have an undo window during which the change can be reversed. After the window, the change is permanent but fully auditable - every bulk action is logged with actor, timestamp, and affected candidate IDs.
How does this work with our ATS or HRIS?
Bulk-created candidates flow through the standard API and webhooks, so your external systems see every record as it is created. If you push candidates in from outside Goodfit, the API ingests batches with the same dedupe and validation guarantees.
Is bulk hiring the same as volume hiring?
Mostly yes - "bulk operations" describes the platform capability and "volume hiring" describes the use case. If you are running campus drives, frontline retail or BPO hiring, or any role where the candidate count is in the thousands, bulk operations is the layer you are touching most.
