Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goodfit platform. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Goodfit", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the platform at goodfit.so. "Customer" means the organization that has signed up for the platform. "Candidate" means any individual invited to participate in an assessment or interview administered through the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and billing

The platform is billed per-credit at the rates published on our pricing page. One credit corresponds to one completed interview. Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to discriminate on protected characteristics
• Reverse engineer or copy the service or its content
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or deceive candidates
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission

5. Candidate data

Candidate data remains the property of the Customer. Goodfit processes candidate data on behalf of the Customer as described in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We do not train AI models on candidate data.

6. AI interviews, calls and recording

Interviews, assessments, exit interviews and check-in calls on the platform are conducted by Goodfit's AI interviewer on the Customer's behalf. Every session and call is recorded and transcribed so the Customer's team can review it. AI scores and summaries are advisory: hiring and employment decisions are made by the Customer's reviewers.

The Customer is responsible for telling candidates and employees, before they take part, that the interview or call is conducted by AI and is recorded, and for having a lawful basis to process their data. Recordings are kept as instructed by the Customer, as set out in the DPA.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, Customer data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodfit's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
