Who is the WhatsApp message from?
It comes from Goodfit’s WhatsApp business account. The message names your company and the role, so candidates know who invited them.
Does the interview happen inside WhatsApp?
It can. Candidates can answer each question in the chat with a voice note or a typed reply. They can also choose a phone call or a browser interview from the same invite.
Can candidates answer with voice notes?
Yes. Each voice note is saved, transcribed and scored on your rubric. The quote on the scorecard links back to the voice note.
Who decides whether invites go by WhatsApp or email?
You do, for each job. Send by email, WhatsApp or both. Candidates without WhatsApp still get the email.
How many reminders do candidates get?
You choose up to 3 reminders each for WhatsApp, email and phone call. Each channel sends at most one a day, and reminders stop once the candidate starts.
Can our automation rules send WhatsApp messages?
Yes. A rule can send a WhatsApp message and an email when a candidate moves, such as a next-round link for anyone who scores 7 or more. Rules that reject people wait for a person to confirm.
Can candidates pick their own call time?
Yes. For phone interviews, a WhatsApp message offers times inside your calling hours. The candidate taps one and the AI calls then.
What about candidates who don’t use WhatsApp?
They get the same invite by email and can take the interview in a browser or as a phone call. The questions and the scorecard are the same.
How long does an invite stay open?
Three months by default. You can set anything from one hour to one year for each job. Once a candidate starts, the deadline never cuts them off.
Are candidates who answer on WhatsApp scored differently?
No. Every candidate for the role gets the same questions and the same rubric, whether they answer in the chat, on a call or in a browser.
